These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fly99 ("fly99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://fly99.lol ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the fly99 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from fly99.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. fly99 may require supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fly99 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. fly99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to the following account obligations:

• Notify fly99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not permit any other person to use your account for gaming or any other purpose.
• Keep your registered email address, mobile number, and payment details up to date.
• Not access fly99 using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract unfair advantage.
• Accept that fly99 records all account activity for security, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

fly99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring your account to another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

All transactions on the fly99 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). fly99 currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice; the current list is displayed on the Platform.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• fly99 does not accept cash deposits or payments made in any currency other than PKR (except USDT TRC20 where offered).
• fly99 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking networks outside its control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the Player's own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes; bank transfers may take one to three business hours.
• fly99 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit. VIP tier members enjoy elevated limits as set out in the VIP Programme terms.
• Any balance linked to active bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

fly99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP-tier specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your fly99 account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements on deposit match bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another account.
• fly99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• If fly99 reasonably believes a Player is abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or multi-accounting — fly99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
• Bonuses obtained using an ineligible payment method may be void.

Specific bonus terms (minimum deposit, eligible games, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal cap) are published on the relevant promotion page within the fly99 Platform. Players are responsible for reading those terms before accepting any offer.

By placing any bet or participating in any game on fly99, you agree to the following general gaming rules:

• All bets placed on fly99 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be edited or cancelled after confirmation unless a manifest error by fly99 has occurred.
• fly99 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment the game round is initiated and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player after that point.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of certified dealers in a controlled studio environment. Video and audio recordings of all live sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, fly99's records of the game state at the time of disconnection shall be final. fly99 will not be responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. fly99 reserves the right to void markets where results are disputed or altered after initial publication.
• Manifest errors — including incorrect odds, incorrectly displayed game results, or technical malfunctions — shall render affected bets void. fly99 will refund the original stake for void bets.
• fly99 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per game, per market, or per account at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fly99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on fly99 under any combination of identities, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker or any multiplayer format.
• Using software tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or manifest pricing errors to generate profit that would not otherwise be possible.
• Engaging in any activity that fly99 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening fly99 staff or other Platform users through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the fly99 Platform, codebase, or game content.

fly99 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

All content on the fly99 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio, is owned by or licensed to fly99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any fly99 content without prior written permission. The fly99 name and logo are trademarks of fly99 and may not be used in connection with any product or service not provided by fly99 without express authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fly99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the fly99 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Any loss of data, funds, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures beyond fly99's reasonable control.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays.
• Losses sustained during gaming activity on the Platform.

fly99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fly99's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fly99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

fly99 retains transaction records, game logs, and account data for a minimum period required by applicable law. This data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or payment processors where legally required or where necessary to investigate fraud or prohibited conduct.

To initiate a dispute, Players must contact fly99 support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute, the amount in question, and the outcome sought. fly99 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and provide a written determination within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.

fly99's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical issues, and bonus eligibility — where based on the Platform's server logs — shall be final and binding unless overturned by the relevant regulatory authority.
